Turn left foot outwards by 90 degrees and the right by 15 degrees. Slowly lift both arms up with palms facing upwards.
Inhale – position both arms up and stretch upwards and join your palms.
Exhale – bend your left knee. Knee and ankle should form a straight line and make sure your knee does not go ahead of your ankle. Free breathing while holding the pose.
Inhale – come up
Exhale – gently bring both your hands down. Repeat this pose from the other side.
Strengthens and tones lower back, arms and legs. Increases stamina and balances the body.
