Jallikattu – Coming of Age Ritual for Men and Bulls

The West is known to celebrate its sons’ coming of age with the downing of a pint at the local pub.

The Tamil males come of age in the Jallikattu runs.

While from the bull, their father Tamil males learn of courage, their cow mother teaches them compassion.

Western inspired NGOs like PETA would do well to stop the torture and inhumane killing of the gentle cow and bull by the millions in the West to feed their lust for blood soaking burgers and steaks.

Instead of showing their ignorance and bias in trying to ban Jallikattu.
