Where There’s Joy

We are all cursed; to see elements of time whizzing past, imperfectly asymmetrically beautiful pieces of the unsolvable puzzle that is life.

Glorious sunny days with flowering fields, the stuff of fantasies, but most such sights go unfelt.

Am I made of inanimate substances, to not be overwhelmed by the intricacies of the humble spider’s web?

Daft we are if raindrops annoy us and the sun too bright for comfort at times.

We spend too much time contemplating on our thoughts; mere self pity on a seemingly bleak existence.

Figuring happiness out is a chore, I suggest trying feeling beauty instead. See beauty; appreciate.

Immersion in the above mentioned colourful elements is the best escapism from misery.

Beyond beauty there is only darkness; before beauty is mere dullness.

Seeing beauty is attraction, feeling beauty is transcendence; a feeling of great distance from all our troubles…a constant high.

A wonderful experience of happiness just poured into my being simply recognising the subtleties of all that is beautiful through this poem. Just being in touch with beauty is what it takes to unravel the beauty of life! Felt like my heart was flowing in a state of euphoria and oceanic Divinity within !
