Adho Mukha Svanasana
(Downward-Facing Dog)

One of the most widely popular and most performed yoga poses.

Provides excellent stretch all-over.

Place firmly both palms and feet onto the floor.

Simplicity is the word here. Breathe in and out a few times and we are good to go.

Inhale – position your body in a comfortable manner.

Exhale – lift your knee from the floor and keep both arms and legs straight.

While holding up to 5/10 counts focus on normal breathing.

Benefits
