Asana 1 NAUKASANA (Boat Pose)
This asana stimulates the muscle and helps shape excellent core muscles.
Enter Naukasana from a seated position. Inhale and exhale a few times to relax the whole body. Lengthen your spine, inhale and raise legs and hands.
Once you are in the pose, feel the tension in the core of the body and spine.
You may hold the pose and count up to 5 breaths. Inhale while holding the pose and exhale gently to return to the seated position.
Benefits: Improves digestion, tones all the organs, removes lethargy and quickens nervous system function.
