ARDHA PADMASANA (Lotus pose)
Firstly be comfortable before gearing up for any kind of Yoga practice. And be grateful for what we have, be mindful as always.
Sit in DANDASANA with both legs stretched. Fold left leg and place on right thigh and then the right leg on left thigh.
Engage chin mudra in your fingers. Maintain normal breathing sequence throughout.
Calms the mind and strengthens the spine keeping it straight and unhindered. Increases flexibility and also tones the lower abdomen.
Refreshes the intellect and calms our emotions throughout meditation.
