Viparita Karani (Inverted Action Pose)
It’s considered one of the most commonly practiced pose.
A stress buster pose that will release all that unwanted energy.
Lie down flat on a mat and take a few breaths and relax the body. Bend both the knees in preparation to get into the pose.
Inhale – firmly place both palms at the lower back for support.
Exhale – gently lift up the back off the matt and raise both legs together. Form a triangle stand with both arms and breath freely.
increases circulation to the upper part or the body. Reduces swellings, cramps of feet and legs. Also relives lower back tension.
